The 51st Eucharistic Congress is under way in Cebu City in the Philippines.

Fr. William LaRousse M.M is involved in facilitating discussion groups and reacting to speakers. Fr. LaRousse is stationed in Davao City, Philippines and is the Vicar for Religious for the Archdiocese of Davao. He is also on the faculty of the regional seminary in Davao with a doctorate in Missiology from the Gregorian University in Rome. Fr. LaRousse also serves as an advisor to the Federation of Asia Bishops Conferences.
